Practical training

The educational program provides technical and industrial practice, including mastering the skills of working with modern geodetic instruments (electronic tacheometers and serial receivers, laser scanners, unmanned aerial vehicles), as well as with modern specialized software. Educational practice takes place both on the territory of SSUGT and in the field.

To obtain practical skills in mastering the acquired competencies, industrial practice is provided in specialized state and commercial organizations in various types of land and property relations, as well as in research and design and survey institutes. Practical training is carried out in production conditions on the territory of the Siberian Federal District, Eastern Siberia, the Far East, in Crimea, in Sochi, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, as well as the institute in industry research studies and institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences. During practical training, students can participate in cadastral, topographic and geodetic works, preparation of cadastral plans of territories, boundary and technical plans, land use and other types of activities, boundaries with land management and cadastres.
