The specialist-manager plans and controls the activities of individual departments and performers responsible for the implementation of projects. The manager is also engaged in information and analytical work: he studies the internal microclimate at the enterprise in order to make effective decisions in the field of administration. The specialist creates and updates data on business processes, prepares reporting documentation and determines the effectiveness of commercial projects.
The «Management» program is aimed at acquiring knowledge of the general principles, theories, methods and technologies of management that are used both in the corporate sector and in public administration and the competencies of transferring advanced management models and practices from business to public administration.
The educational program is focused on training managers who are able to effectively manage production and business processes, to acquire skills in tactical and operational management in the field of planning, organization of production, as well as in the management of business processes in structural divisions and at enterprises.
