The educational program is aimed at training qualified personnel in the field of development of photonics and optoinformatics devices and devices, including quantum electronics components.

During the training, graduates will gain knowledge and practical skills in the areas of physical foundations of photonics and optoinformatics, programming in high-level languages, artificial intelligence technologies, electronics and microprocessor technology, quantum informatics and quantum communications, design of quantum devices, optical nanotechnology and much more!

A graduate can carry out professional activities in industrial enterprises specializing in photonics and optoinformatics, optical, optoelectronic devices, microelectronics in industry research institutes, institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences and higher educational institutions of Russia.

Practical training

The educational program provides for educational and industrial practices, including the acquisition of skills in working with photonics and quantum electronics devices and devices, their design and construction. Educational practice takes place both in the laboratories of SSUGT and in specialized organizations.

To obtain practical skills while mastering the necessary competencies, industrial practice at optical and optoelectronic instrument-making enterprises is provided. The experience gained and the collected industrial material will allow you to prepare your final qualifying work, and will also facilitate further employment in these organizations.
