A graduate in the field of training «Organization and Management of Science-Intensive Production» is a specialist who participates in the organization and management of production activities of enterprises, industry complexes; development of industry, inter-industry and international projects to create complex high-tech systems; development of projects to master new science-intensive products, services, technologies, new forms and methods of organizing production and management.
The Master's program is aimed at training engineering and management personnel with competencies in the field of modern production technologies, strategic and tactical planning, organization and regulation of knowledge-intensive production.
The activities of graduates are aimed at: managing the life cycle of knowledge-intensive products; strategic management of the processes of planning production resources and production capacities, processes of technical maintenance and logistical support of production; planning the activities of production sites; management of renovation technologies for the production of knowledge-intensive products.
Duration of full-time study - 2 years
The educational program includes educational and industrial practices. Educational practice is conducted on the territory of SSUGT, as well as on the territory of various scientific and industrial organizations. To master practical skills, our own project management laboratory is used, where future specialists acquire skills in planning, project management for the development of new science-intensive products, services, technologies, new forms and methods of organizing production and management.
Industrial practice takes place at leading enterprises in Russia. After completing industrial practice, in most cases, students begin a career at the enterprise, which contributes to further employment as a certified specialist.
Currently, specialists in the organization and management of knowledge-intensive production can occupy management positions from site foreman, shop manager to director of a manufacturing enterprise. Graduates are employed at leading enterprises of the Russian Federation, including defense enterprises.
