One of the main objectives of the university development program is the implementation of human capital development policies aimed at developing human resources, forming individual development trajectories for employees, attracting talented young people, professional development of employees, and increasing the proportion of employees with a degree.
The university has a collective agreement that expands measures aimed at providing social support and fulfilling social guarantees.
To develop the scientific potential of teachers and scientists, conferences of various levels and areas are held at SSUGT: International Exhibition and Scientific Congress "Interexpo GEO-Siberia", National Scientific and Practical Conference "Regulation of Land and Property Relations in Russia: Legal and Geospatial Support, Real Estate Valuation, Ecology, Technological Solutions", National Scientific and Methodological Conference with International Participation "Topical Issues of Education. Transformation of the Higher Education System in the New Technological Order", etc.
Scientists of SSUGT carry out dozens of promising research and developments in more than thirty scientific areas in five branches of science. Scientific schools of SSUGT are focused on themes corresponding to 6 priority areas of development of science, technology and engineering and 7 critical technologies of the Russian Federation.
