An Open Day was held at Saratov State University of Geology and Technology
On November 15, the Siberian State University of Geosystems and Technologies held an Open Day—an interactive event for prospective students and everyone interested. During this day, students and their parents had the opportunity to learn about various aspects of university life. SSUGT staff members explained the university's advantages, the programs and specialties offered, the academic process, and the admissions process. Participants had the opportunity to directly interact with university administration representatives, faculty, and students.
The Open Day opening ceremony began with a concert program, during which students presented their best performances. Marina Egorenko, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at SSUGT, welcomed the guests.
Throughout the day, guests viewed presentations of the university's innovative developments and student research projects. A Q&A session was also available, as were individual consultations on SSUGT admissions requirements. A prize drawing was also held as part of the event.
Not only residents of Novosibirsk and the Novosibirsk region showed particular enthusiasm, but also guests from other regions—in particular, from the Tomsk and Kemerovo regions, the Altai Territory, and the Republic of Kazakhstan—highlighting the growing interest in SSUGIT beyond their hometown.
