Track and field relay race as part of the All-Russian campaign #STUDzaBEG

Siberian State University of Geosystems and Technologies took part in the All-Russian campaign #STUDzaBEG. The track and field relay race took place at the Glory Monument. Eight teams took part in the campaign: "Mediasphere", "RSO Headquarters", Student Tourist Club "Red Sunset", SSK "Panthers", "UVRiMP SSUGT", "Center for Culture and Creativity", "Cheerleading SSK "Patery", "Fans of SSK "Panthers".

The All-Russian campaign "STUDzaBEG" is part of the "ProBeg" project, implemented with the support of the Ministry of Sports of Russia within the framework of the federal project "Sport is the Norm of Life" of the state program "Development of Physical Culture and Sports".

The campaign is held to form a running culture among students by creating favorable conditions for the development of student running clubs and communities based on universities. The event is timed to coincide with the International Day of University Sports.

According to the results of the relay, the places were distributed as follows:

1st place – “Fans of the SSC “Panthers”;
2nd place – “Center of Culture and Creativity”;
3rd place – “Mediasphere”.

32 people took part in the track and field relay. According to students, the event was held on a positive note and brought a boost of energy and positive impressions.
