The SSUGT team is the winner of the flagship project “Expertise of the Future: Building Together” of the FAU “Glavgosexpertiza of Russia” - an industry-wide platform for developing innovations necessary for the development of the country and the revival

From November 2023 to May 2024, the sixth season of the project “Expertise of the Future: Building Together” took place among professionals, as well as students and graduate students of the construction industry. As part of the project, participants were given the opportunity to develop professional and managerial competencies, exchange experience and best industry practices, acquire new knowledge, as well as develop and implement a project that would significantly improve the work of the examination institute in the construction industry.

The sixth season was the largest in terms of numbers and one of the most successful in terms of quality of works submitted for defense. 172 participants from 28 Russian cities reached the finals.

The best in the category “Breakthrough of the Year” and at the same time the winner of the first ever “Expertise of the Future” student track was the team “ESG / IGDI” of the Siberian State University of Geosystems and Technologies, consisting of: Vladislav Golovin (team captain), Diana Galenya, Ruslan Grishin, Anastasia Kolomeets and Natalya Brazhnikova. The guys developed digital tools for recording and visualizing data of strategic and innovative importance for design and construction companies from the real sector of the economy by developing a dashboard. Another prize for the youngest participants in the project was an invitation to join the Youth Council of the Russian Ministry of Construction.

The team’s curators were Denis Nikolaevich Volegzhanin, associate professor of the Department of IGiMD, chief specialist of the department of local examinations of the Siberian branch of the FAU “Glavgosexpertiza of Russia”, and Igor Aleksandrovich Musikhin, vice-rector for scientific and international activities of SSUGiT.

“The invitation to the Youth Council of the Ministry of Construction was an unexpected and pleasant surprise for our team. I will describe my participation in the “Expertise of the Future” in three words – bravely, strongly, victoriously. We will work with the Youth Council and strive for new heights and successes,” shared team captain Vladislav Golovin.
